You are scheduled for surgery with Dr. Andrew Pearle at the Hospital for Special Surgery.  Please take some time to review this page and the forms provided, as they will tell you what to expect throughout the process. 

 

The custom Pre-op Packet sent to you via email will provide information regarding your:

• Pre-Operative Appointments (Medical Clearance)

• Durable Medical Equipment

• Physical Therapy

• Post-Operative Appointment

• Disability Forms​

• Insurance and Billing​

Your first post-operative visit takes place 10-14 days after your surgery.  The appointment takes place on a Monday or Tuesday with our Physician's Assistant.  Please call the office prior to your surgery to schedule this appointment.

 

You will receive a call the day before your surgery from the hospital (between 1:00p and 7:00p), telling you when and where to report for your surgery.
