Dr. Pearle sees patients in both Manhattan and Westchester through the Hospital for Special Surgery. To schedule an appointment, please call our office, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

 

Before your visit, we’ll share the new patient forms so you can complete them in advance and save time at check-in. If you have previous imaging or records related to your injury, please bring them to your appointment.

Dr. Pearle sees patients on Thursdays in our NYC location and Fridays in our Westchester location.  If you would like to make an appointment, please call our office.

What to expect at your visit:

Most new patients will have X-rays done at the Hospital for Special Surgery before their appointment. Please arrive about 30 minutes early to allow time for imaging.

 

We recommend checking with your insurance company to confirm your benefits and whether imaging at HSS is covered by your plan. Our team will let you know if X-rays or other imaging are needed, and can help coordinate the process.

 

During your visit, Dr. Pearle and his team will review your history, imaging, and goals, then outline a personalized treatment plan designed to help you return to the activities you love.

Remember to bring the following:

1.  Driver's license, State ID, or Passport​​

2.  Insurance card(s)

3.  Referral (only if your insurance plan requires one, most plans do not)

4.  Copies of recent radiology such as MRIs or CT scans (BOTH disc and report), and any previous operative records related to your injury. If your imaging was performed at HSS, this is not necessary as we will already have access.

5.  Medications list (if any)
